We purchased a 2011 rav4 from Tom Young at Handy Toyota in november. we had a2009 gmc sierra and were putting to much fuel in it so we started looking at more economical new vehicles.We tried a few dealers in november. we had a2009 gmc sierra and were putting to much fuel in it so we started looking at more economical new vehicles.We tried a few dealerships in the burlington area and found them to be very busy and freindly but they did not seem very local. we went to handys as are last stop and they were closing in less than an hour. so i cut right to the chase and asked for a price on the base model Rav4 and also asked if they had time to appraise our trade in as i knew they were closing soon. They said no problem we would be glad to. Adam Luneau checked out our truck and commented on how nice condition it was in he also was very upfront and told us he was unsure of the price of the trade and would like to wait till monday morning to get back to us. I was impressed with his honesty and left with a good felling. When they got back to us there price including trade in was higher than the bigger dealer in Burlington so i asked if they could do better and they did at this point i called the dealer in Burlington to compare apples to apples they were not very upfront with numbers and when i called handys back they sweetened the pot and we were sold. I would strongly recommend them to everybody they were excellant to work with and offered the best deal. More

Not only did I leave the dealership with the car I wanted I got superior customer service from sales to pick up.
