We were impressed with the extreme and accurate knowledge of the product that our salesman had. His communication skills were excellent. There was no undue pressure from him to buy a vehicle NOW. Again, there was no pressure; no urgency of the sale. We were given all the time we required to make a decision. They made us feel at ease during this whole process which entailed a mountain of paperwork, and also took the time to give us a ton of information about the many features of this high tech vehicle. He even stayed after hours for us. We appreciated that they respected the notion that buying a vehicle was a big step for us (anyone, for that matter), and gave us all the data we needed to make an informed decision.
