service review When I brought my Jeep in for an oil change my Service Advisor was Sal Sinardi. He was very pleasant to work with. When my jeep was done he went over everything with me. He let me know that my Jeep was in good order and went over with me what I might need on my next visit. He was very professional and friendly. On my next visit I hope he again will be my Service Advisor More

A lesson on poor communication....**UPDATE** 09/15/18 This place is the absolute worst experience to date. Starting off with their stellar lack of communication when it comes to the state of your vehicle This place is the absolute worst experience to date. Starting off with their stellar lack of communication when it comes to the state of your vehicle. Being told " I will call you before I leave for the day," and then having to call the next morning at 9:30 to be told your vehicle is not done and on its way back like I was told the night before. I was told I needed to drop my truck off for a few days to have a door hinge replaced because it needed to be painted. I am not sure why they cant just paint the hinge using the color code for the truck, but I said fine because they would put me in a car. I drive the 45 minutes to drop my truck off to ask if I am waiting because Enterprise doesn't have any cars and that I would have to wait at least an hour to get a car. This was a Tuesday morning and saying Enterprise is out of cars is the equivalent of telling me the ocean is out of water. At that point I asked why didn't I get a phone call so I didn't waste my time driving there. Goes back to that poor communication. The lady had no response except a shoulder shrug and a pretty fake " I am sorry" followed by a condescending "what would you like me to do for you." At that point I figured the service manager should be handling this. They tell me they cant seem to find him and he's not answering his phone or pages. Again, goes back to communication. They finally get me to his office and I meet Clyde who is very apologetic and assures me he will take care of me. Puts me in a 2013 loaner with stains on the seat and high mileage, but its a car and I can go about my business. I accept that with the promise of I will get your truck back to fast, should be Thursday. I inform him that I will be traveling for work and leaving Tuesday morning and he assures me it will be done mush sooner than that. Thursday comes and goes and I call Clyde twice and leave a voicemail and never get a return call from Clyde. I end up calling the dealer to speak to the service advisor Yvonne who tells me its not done yet but she is going to try to get it done tomorrow which is Friday and she would call me about the same time, which was 3:30pm. Friday I call at 4:30 to be told that she is on the other line and will call me back. At 4:55 I finally call back to be placed on hold for over 7 minutes for Yvonne to finally tell me that she isn't sure where my truck is in the body shop and cant get a hold of anyone there. She is sending a guy up to see where it is and get it and that she would call me back before she left. No call later and no truck later Friday comes to an end. Saturday morning at 9:30 I finally call since it seems like I am not getting a call to update the status of my truck. Low and behold I get Sal, who was my original advisor who sat idly by on Tuesday when I dropped the truck off, but now was going to be helping me. He informs me that he is trying to get my truck finished today and he is sorry. The lack of communication and truth that I have seen from this service department is pitiful. I worked in the automotive industry for years and this is just unacceptable. I am sure since it was 3 small warranty items and an oil change and not a big customer pay job, that they feel justified in treating you this way. Bottom line is this is my second RAM 1500 and if I have to deal with service like this then I might just buy a Chevy next. ** UPDATE ** I was contacted by the service director after this review was made and he took it on personally to get my truck back in for service and was willing to accommodate me with his demo vehicle. He went on further to get my truck in before the date and get the new part installed and have me out of there within an hour. I am glad that he was able to get this done and go above and beyond in getting my issue handled. I was more than happy to update my review. I would recommend that all situations be handled with this level of service so it doesn't have to get to the point that it did. I will bring my truck back for service but will make sure to let Clyde know before hand. More

My air conditioner now works and was repaired under warrantee. (He previously was helpful with an earlier problem.) More

You were wonderful. Very helpful. Then entire experience from start to finish gives us confidence in the quality, courtesy and efficiency of Danbury FIAT. We love our FIAT 500 Abarth, the most understated, incredibly engineered and remarkable car. (We have also owner Ferrari's.) We are so happy to now have a great place to go for servicing. Thank you again. More

Horrible service experience! DON'T USE THIS DEALER! I wish that I could give the service department here zero stars but it requires at least one. I took my FIAT in for a 90k service and to fix a warnin I wish that I could give the service department here zero stars but it requires at least one. I took my FIAT in for a 90k service and to fix a warning light that I was getting about tire pressure monitoring being unavailable. First, my appointment was 10 days out because I needed a loaner. They called me the day before to tell me that I wasn't going to get a loaner, no apology, just notification. I made alternate arrangements and kept the appointment. To make a long story short, they couldn't complete the service on the day promised and took until after 5:00 the following day to finish; two days to complete routine, scheduled maintenance. At no point did they call and give me a status, I had to call repeatedly to ask for updates. They also charged me double my expectations by loading extra work into the job, my 90k service cost $1000! When I left the lot though, at least I didn't get that tire pressure warning light. It has, however, happened every single time that I've started my car since! This was the second time that it was in for service for this problem and they're 0 for 2. I feel so ripped off! I will never, ever go to this dealer again under any circumstances. They're overly expensive ($125 hourly rate for a mechanic who can't fix a warning light), they don't communicate status at all, they can't complete work on time, and they don't complete the work that they promise. Couldn't possibly be worse, stay away! More
