Arrived at the dealership, service advisor indicated system was down. 90 minute delivery of basic service took 112 minutes. No updates on the delays. Prior service experiences were nightmares. sal was a delight to work with. have bought 4 bmws at ferman palm harbor and a big reason is that service dept. do have 2 negs.....cmon bring back the bagels and cream cheese and how bout some recent vi ferman palm harbor and a big reason is that service dept. do have 2 negs.....cmon bring back the bagels and cream cheese and how bout some recent viewing on tv---u were showing stock quotes from a month ago .. one more neg---dont have service calls going to any location but palm harbor. was told at 330 to take it in for a/c repair so when i get there sal says they can do it next day....the techs not avail after 320 and its a 3 hr job. the girl that told me to get there by 4pm isnt locate in ph. but except for spending my money, my visits over the last 10 years to serviced dept have been relatively pleasing.. where are the bagels. and brian gaines is my go to for the vehicle i will be buying in nov-that will be 6th car brian will have sold me. where the bagels and cream cheese More
