Your service is very poor. I pay for warranty but I don’t get any kind of good service from bmw dealers. Service department make an appointment for tire replacement. Really like Sal. He’s very friendly and helpful. All the work done is rope notch and I am always comfortable while waiting. My only complaint is two or three times now my car has not been washed even though work done is rope notch and I am always comfortable while waiting. My only complaint is two or three times now my car has not been washed even though I am asked if I want it to be. It’s just a nice service and has not happened for my last few visits. Also, I really appreciate the shuttle service. So much so that I will often bring my much older BMW there rather than ti a cheaper German mechanic he doesn’t do the rides. It’s just the all around service. But, over all I have loved my BMW X5 and driven it for 15 years!!! Getting a new car in October of this year but maintaining until the end. Great car. More
