I grew up in Brooklyn N.Y and moved to N.J. for several years, finally took the plunge and moved here to Florida in 2018 and Loving it🌞 , My wife and I built a new home in Odessa and are living the dream 🙂... This review is not about Sal, the customer service rep. He is great! But he has to be the middle man between the customer and the mechanics and BMW parts in Germany. Took nearly a month to get a part that He is great! But he has to be the middle man between the customer and the mechanics and BMW parts in Germany. Took nearly a month to get a part that should've never needed replacing. Also, failure caused by a problem I alerted the service department to at least twice over the past few years. Shouldn't luxury vehicles have the best warranties in the business? They don't. And I found out why. More
