Scheduling and turn around time on service was not bad at all. However, I brought my X5 in because of a rubbing sound from the back window. I was informed that it was a dry seal. The seal was cleaned and lub all. However, I brought my X5 in because of a rubbing sound from the back window. I was informed that it was a dry seal. The seal was cleaned and lubed and no more noise. But it appears that only that one particular seal was lubed because there is a faint squeak in an adjacent window. It would have been wise to just clean and lube them all. I guess I’ll just have to purchase product and do the other 3 myself🤨. A complimentary would certainly ease my heartburn🫣. But the service was just fine. More
