The service department is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I will never go back. Or recommend. The communication was terrible. We had to bring our brand new car back twice. When we were told it w experienced. I will never go back. Or recommend. The communication was terrible. We had to bring our brand new car back twice. When we were told it was ready for pick-up, we got there and they didn’t even test the remote start before calling us. It didn’t work so they had to keep it. Then they said they needed to order a new computer for my BRAND NEW car. My husband drove back and forth, taking off work multiple times. And not one person ever apologized to him. Not one time. Not Luis, not Sal. Nobody. On top of it, we dropped the car off with a full tank of gas and got it back with a 1/4 tank gone. It’s a hybrid so please explain how that’s possible. I am completely appalled and don’t know how they stay in business. More
