THIS WILL BE PART ONE AS AT THIS MOMENT MY 2002 JEEP CHEROKEE IS BEING WORKED ON AT YOUR PLACE. I WAS ORIGINALLY LOOKING FOR NEWER MODEL USED JEEP BUT THERE ARE NOT MANY AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. A FEW WE CHEROKEE IS BEING WORKED ON AT YOUR PLACE. I WAS ORIGINALLY LOOKING FOR NEWER MODEL USED JEEP BUT THERE ARE NOT MANY AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. A FEW WEEKS AGO, I WENT TO MY LOCAL AUTO SHOP TO HAVE A DIAGNOSTIC TEST ON MY JEEP AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE OIL LEAKING WOULD HAVE TO BE DONE AT THE CAR DEALERSHIP AS THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE EQUIPMENT TO TAKE CARE OF IT THERE BUT WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN TO YOU FOLKS YOU FOUND A FEW MORE PROBLEMS BUT SAID YOU CAN FIX THEM ALL AND MY JEEP WILL BE DRIVING GOOD AGAIN FOR A FEW MORE YEARS.BUT THE COST ALTOGETHER EVEN WITH A 10% DISCOUNT IS NEARING $3,800.00,I KNOW IT'S A LOT OF WORK BUT THE PRICE IS REALLY HIGH AND THE TOTAL IS NOT EVEN INCLUDING TAXES.HOW ABOUT GIVING US YOUR CUSTOMERS A LITTLE BREAK. I BOUGHT MY FIRST JEEP AT YOUR PLACE IN 1993 AND GOT MY CURRENT JEEP THERE IN 2015.I KNOW THAT THE OWNERSHIP HAS CHANGED SINCE BOTH OF MY JEEP PURCHASES BUT I WILL TELL YOU THAT THE PEOPLE YOU HAVE WORKING THERE (THOSE I HAVE MET) ARE GREAT. WALKING INTO YOUR BUILDING IS MUCH BETTER THEN IN THE PAST. I WALKED IN AND WAS GREETED BY IMMANUEL AND HE SHOWED THE USED JEEPS THAT WERE AVAINABLE AND WHEN I DIDN'T SEE ONE I LIKED I ASKED ABOUT CHECKING FOR OIL LEAK AND HE TOOK ME OVER TO THE SCHEDULING AREA AND SAGE WAS THERE TO HELP ME AND SAID I COULD BRING IT IN THE NEXT DAY WHICH WAS YESTERDAY. BUT THEY WERE BOTH GREAT AND YOU ARE LUCKY TO HAVE THEM WORKING AT YOUR COMPANY AND 5 STARS TO BOTH OF THEM. WHEN I WENT IN YESTERDAY SAGE WAS ON THE PHONE SO ELIZA HELPED WITH CHECKING ME IN THEN OF COURSE TOLD ME HOW MUCH IT WAS GOING TO COST WHICH ISN'T HER FAULT.SHE ALSO GET'S 5 STARS. NOW WE WILL SEE ABOUT PART 2 WHEN HOPEFULLY I GET MY JEEP BACK TOMORROW.BEFORE I GO YOUR SHUTTLE DRIVER WAS VERY NICE AND A FIVE STAR TO HIM. More

Imagine spending 4 hours at the dealership and being happy about it!! It was my choice to wait there. I hoped I’d be in good hands and Eliza and Sage did not disappoint. The service techs did a thorough happy about it!! It was my choice to wait there. I hoped I’d be in good hands and Eliza and Sage did not disappoint. The service techs did a thorough inspection and found the issues and Sage worked with my 3rd party warranty company to get the right things covered and get me a rental car. I didn’t even have to ask! Something my previous dealership didn’t even try to do after multiple requests. Driving to seattle from skagit county for service was well worth it. Great experience all around. Extremely poor customer service. Dropped off truck in for routine service. Only 4,000 miles since last service so thought it to be routine and short. They were to call in an hour an Dropped off truck in for routine service. Only 4,000 miles since last service so thought it to be routine and short. They were to call in an hour and let me know what was needed. Finally got a text 6 hours later with a long list of extremely expensive items, including quote for a diagnostic? Even they supposedly did “multipoint check”. . But not enough time to do any of it. We drove from a long distance, so couldn’t leave it overnight. All the items listed were outrageously priced and several not needed…. More

Sage has been fantastic. Quick to communicate and to understand my situation. I am frustrated that I brought my truck in for service, was charged $240 to have a check engine code read and tracked down, only to have the light come on again less than 10 miles from the service center. Now I have to carve out an hour in transit time alone to come back up to the shop to have it looked at again. More
