I brought my car in for a leaking tire. I had to put 5 psi in several days in a row. When I brought the car in, I waited for an hour in the waiting room for the service advisor to come out I had to put 5 psi in several days in a row. When I brought the car in, I waited for an hour in the waiting room for the service advisor to come out and tell me it’s not leaking. I asked why I had to fill it with air then and that it was reading low and she said abruptly “well the computers can be off. You should check it with a gauge” to which I replied that I had each time I filled it. Believe me, I took enough physics to understand temperature fluctuations with cold air too. I checked the tires when they were cold and compared it to the next day when they were cold. I asked why they were still leaking and she blew me off and said they were not leaking. I then left, brought my car to a tire shop, and they immediately found a rim leak and resealed the tire. It is now fixed. Let me know where you want the bill sent and try educating your employees that paying customers tend to favor kindness over rude and flippant responses. I don’t care as much that you guys missed the leak. I care that she was rude. Thank you for listening. More

I made my appointment online. I dropped my car off for maintenance and repairs. I ran some errands. While I was out they called and said my car was ready. When I was done with my errands, I went back to the dealership. My car was waiting inside. They pulled it up to the service desk. I drove out. Real convenient. More

This dealership has trouble finding auto technicians to service cars on a Saturday. I scheduled an appointment for a specific repair,struts for the front only to find no one and parts were here service service cars on a Saturday. I came in the Saturday before today’s appointment for some routine maintenance and was advised my rear brakes need replacement ASAP. Although they were willing to do the work that day I had other commitm some routine maintenance and was advised my rear brakes need replacement ASAP. Although they were willing to do the work that day I had other commitments and could not stay for this. So I scheduled a separate appointment for the following Thursday and they completed the work in about 2 hours while I waited - a reasonable wait - and was on my way. The brakes are performing great. More
