In spite of fact that my spouse and i felt we found a vehicle to suit her needs that hope was dashed after she the vehicle for a day! Whatever reason ? Niello BMW made me pay for the RecovR locator installed on the vehicle. It doesn’t work. I get the location of some other vehicle. And someone else would be able to track my location. I’ve been asking for on the vehicle. It doesn’t work. I get the location of some other vehicle. And someone else would be able to track my location. I’ve been asking for several weeks for a refund and to remove the locator but they keep deferring or ignoring my calls and emails. This is a privacy and security issue and they owe me a refund. More
