it’s literally the worst car purchasing experience of my life. I’m out of state, paid cash, and shipped the car. Carlos was great at working long distance. I flew down and made the purchase but I still don’t have my title four weeks later. I’ve had to go to my DOL 6 times to try to resolve and they can’t do anything until it goes in the system. The closing staff is a disaster and offer platitudes like, “you’re at the front of the line”, every time I follow up (I shouldn’t have to follow up).
I’d recommend you stay away from this dealer.
