With our distance, there were obstacles since we weren't able to get to Fargo (for them to view my trade-in) by the time the car I wanted to buy was allocated to their dealership. So many cars being reserved before "hitting the lot" so hard for me to commit to a new vehicle without knowing a committed trade-in value; but Alex D. was terrific in his communications and made it work! He is very honest, and happy for us with our purchase. It IS exciting to get a new car, and he understands that. He was always very punctual in responding to my texts/emails. Very nice dealership! Clean, everyone friendly. They worked with me on the financing too. Heard of this dealership when our daughter went to college in Fargo a few years ago - had a terrific experience back then, so decided to give them a try when buying this new car. Will definitely visit this dealership again for my next vehicle! More

Alexander Deraas was so easy to work with, I sent in a pre-approval offer along with the car I was interested in & he had everything ready to go by the time I was off work. His time management is great, a pre-approval offer along with the car I was interested in & he had everything ready to go by the time I was off work. His time management is great, and he is very honest and open as far as payments etc. The managers are very easy to work with, and the process was faster than I expected. Spent a total of about an hour at the dealership and was off in my new car. The finance manager did not pressure me, and was very efficient and knew his stuff! I will be referring all my friends and family to Corwin Toyota and Alexander. More

He listened to our needs and wants for the desired vehicle and he responded to these with no hesitation. He ensured my family and I were comfortable during the entire sales transaction. Having had many not so positive car buying experiences throughout my life this one with Ed and Corwin Toyota was flawless, fluid, and just plain simple! My car buying process was very straight forward and hassle-free. Being an online purchase, it's always nerve-wracking to buy a car you haven't seen. Also, in case you read some of the negative reviews about Corwin, I suggest you just make sure you talk to either Trent Klemetson, Brady Zins, or Steve Kleven. They are the BEST to work with. They described the car accurately, we processed the financing without pressure and made sure it was delivered faster than I ever anticipated. I mean how many times have you seen an online ad and when you see the car, you are disappointed. Either the car was really in bad shape or once you get to financing, they surprise and pressure you to buy add-ons. This was NOT the case at all with Corwin. They described the car well, I paid for it and when I got the car, it was great! I even had it inspected by a specialist and it passed with flying colors! Overall, the three of them made my car buying experience a breeze - CorWIN indeed! I did want to cover the title /plate processing. It took longer than I anticipated. But, thankfully, Trent and ST were always on top of giving me drive out tags so I can drive my car while waiting for this to be completed. Too many moving pieces on this and they were there with me every step of the way, so I am giving them a pass on this issue. Overall, I am open to buy from them again! For now, I am sending people I know their way. More
