Sal rescued me when I was lost in Meadowood Mall looking in vain for the Avis rentacar counter somewhere inside the mall. Without him I might still be there. Unlike the California salesman who sold me a Crosstrek Hybrid in 2020, he didn't push add-ons. Just a straight up, fair and uncomplicated transaction. Really, really appreciate him. More

My experience at Lithia Subaru was AWESOME from start to finish! Troy met me at the door and made the car buying experience truly the best one I have had thus far. He was polite, helpful, accommodating, friendly and just all around pleasant. He kept in touch with me regularly to let me know the status of my vehicle's delivery. In addition Sal was helpful to me as well when I finalized my paperwork and drove off the lot! Sal was friendly and accommodating!! Tommy in finance is the Man...he was great and I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him as he worked my numbers and got me the best deal possible! Lithia Subaru in Reno is A+ in my book!!!!! More

If my wife didn’t want the stupid car so bad, we would have walked out. They also did not make good on their promise to provide Sierra-at-Tahoe Ski Lift passes, another promotion. I would recommend driving to Carson City or Fernley. Lithia Subaru is a Bad dealership with deceitful trade practices, false advertising and I would not recommend them to anyone More
