Angela greeted me when I stopped in to gather info on 2025 availability and trim levels for the CR-V. She gave me exactly what I wanted - one sheet showing how features build from LX to Touring. Angela offered a test drive, and respected my decline due to limited time that day. She followed up over the next few days, and again respected my response of, "I'm close but not quite ready." A week later, I made an appointment for test drive and purchase. Angela willingly included more hills and curves, and then helped identify accessories I wanted to add.
