Usually I don’t leave reviews on anything (let alone a car dealership). However, this is a review I feel like I should have written already. The group at Heritage Honda was nothing but amazing. I came in car dealership). However, this is a review I feel like I should have written already. The group at Heritage Honda was nothing but amazing. I came in from out of state for a vehicle and my sales person Rylee K was great from the very start. As someone who has purchased from dealerships before. I know and understand how annoying and pushy sales person can be. However, my experience was quick and easy compared to many that I’ve dealt with before. She was excellent in letting me know what my options were for protection/warranty for the car I wanted while leaving me with the feeling like the decision was up to me. Mike D also helped me on the finance side, where his explanations were in layman’s terms where even if someone who has never been to a dealership could understand. One of the biggest concerns for one coming over state lines (and those experiencing a dealership for the first time) is “will this trip be worth it”Overall my experience was nothing short of phenomenal and definitely worth it. I was able to come to an agreement on the price, options, finance and everything else that would concern a person. My biggest kudos goes to the management and the sales associates at Heritage Honda. I would recommend a thousand times over, to anyone who is in the market to purchase a vehicle. My only issue was getting stuck in traffic in the Bronx on my way back to New York. Many other dealerships can learn from their tactics; the professionalism is top tier. More
