Service for my 2012 Outback at Falcone Dec. 1, 2016 I appreciate the ease of scheduling the recall service. I arrived at 7:10AM and was greeted warmly and was able to schedule an alignment in addition I appreciate the ease of scheduling the recall service. I arrived at 7:10AM and was greeted warmly and was able to schedule an alignment in addition to the windshield wiper circuit breaker work. I received an e-mail about asking about a gift on the tree and received 10% off on the work I had done. Ryan was pleasant and expedient calling for the shuttle to get me to University Hospital on time and I was promptly picked up as promised. Jerry was the technician and he also suggested other work on my brakes which my husband can complete, but I so appreciate his inspection and direction on this additional work needed. To my delight my car had been washed and vacuumed out and when I slid into the seat it smelled brand new again. Thank you, because of your service I never dread coming in and look forward to some day purchasing another Subaru from you. More

6k Service at Falcone Subaru Setup my 2016 Legacy's 6k service online. It was very easy and I received a reminder a day or so before. My appointment was early in the morning and Setup my 2016 Legacy's 6k service online. It was very easy and I received a reminder a day or so before. My appointment was early in the morning and they asked for additional issues and took the car on time for the service. The staff was very courteous and helpful and the business center let me keep up with work while waiting. It was also nice that Bert Nicklesberg, or sales person, came up and talked to me for a while. The service department looked into my issues and completed service in a timely way and washed the car before sending me on my way. Nice touch at the end. More

These people are beyond great! Cannot say enough about the good people at Falcone. I recently purchased my 8th Subaru from an out of state dealership due to the unavailability of a Cannot say enough about the good people at Falcone. I recently purchased my 8th Subaru from an out of state dealership due to the unavailability of a manual transmission within trading distance of Falcone. Thank you John Franks, for finding exactly what I was looking for! Unfortunately my post sale experience was abysmal. It took the combined efforts of Meagan, Ryan, Bob Falcone, and an email to the GM of the North Carolina dealership to secure my missing equipment. I honestly believe that without Falcone's assistance I would still be receiving nothing but platitudes and empty promises. The people at Falcone have definitely set the bar for stellar customer service. They not only take care of the vehicles they sell, but more importantly they take care of their customers. So much so that when my new Forester was in today for replacement tires (long story) Ryan took care of a minor service bulletin before I was even aware of it. Not only does our family love our Subaru's (we have 3), we love the wonderful, caring, responsible people at Falcone Subaru! More

My salesman (Bert) deals with us straight and is very responsive. The service department is reasonable and often has very good specials that make them competitive. On all of our purchases we've sat face-to-face with Bob Falcone. We've been treated very, very good on our trades and the bottom lines on all three of our purchases. I can't recommend Falcone Subaru and their staff enough. More

Above and Beyond! I simply cannot stop telling everyone I know to go Falcone and buy a Subaru. It's a great car, but the service at this dealer is THE BEST! I was just I simply cannot stop telling everyone I know to go Falcone and buy a Subaru. It's a great car, but the service at this dealer is THE BEST! I was just in for a simple oil change, and wow! I was blown away by the attention to detail when it comes to making sure their customers are happy and well informed. I pulled into the service drive, and Brady greeted me within seconds. He walked around the car with me and talked with me while doing so. It is very clear that he knows his Subaru's inside and out. I had an appointment, and he already had my paperwork in hand and I was checked in quickly yet efficiently. I walked around the dealership and enjoyed the amenities, including Longs donuts (fantastic!) I even had a great interaction with a dog named Cooper! I had a nice talk with Ryan who sits near Brady, about production numbers on 2015 Subaru Impreza's as well. Again, I can tell he is another well educated employee that is truly passionate about the brand. Before I knew it, my car was brought up, washed and clean! Brady informed me of my upcoming 12k mile service and told me exactly what the cost would be. The cost of the oil change was quoted before the service was started and it was exactly as quoted. The staff is what makes this dealer great, the dealership up north has too much of a "corporate" feel, yet at Falcone, I feel right at home! More

Two Saabs, five Subarus (both new and used), and a VW later, we can't imagine purchasing, servicing or repairing a vehicle anywhere else. A typical dealership, this is not. Everyone at Falcone from the boss down is familiar, friendly, courteous and professional. We experience none of the unpleasantness so often associated with the automobile purchasing or servicing process. Falcone has never attempted to sell us anything that we did not need or want and has always offered a very fair and transparent price. This dealership has always gone out of its way to ensure that our purchases and service experiences completely fulfilled our requests and requirements. On a five star scale, Falcone is a six star dealership. More
