Good experience in buying Equinox Traded in my old Equinox for a new one today. Ryan Spence was great to work with. Met my price expectations. Set up my phone, navigation apps, onstar. Awesome experience!!! I just purchased my last 2 vehicles from Elco. I purchase new cars every 2-3 years because of the line of work that I'm in. I must say that by far it has been the most comfortable experience that I've had dealing with car dealerships. First time purchase over the phone When I learned of GM's 20% off sale on the Chevrolet SS, I located one at Elco in the color I wanted with a manual transmission. I live about three ho When I learned of GM's 20% off sale on the Chevrolet SS, I located one at Elco in the color I wanted with a manual transmission. I live about three hours away, so purchased the car over the phone, sight unseen (I did test drive an automatic at a local dealer). Not really Ryan's fault, but it took the car six weeks to finally arrive from the port in California, when Ryan had initially said 1-2 weeks. Not knowing what was going on was a bit frustrating, of course! When the car did finally arrive, Ryan arranged to have it trailered right to my office (to avoid the highway miles during break-in), which I really appreciated. Since I had asked them to save all the factory labels and stickers, they didn't do the normal detailing on the car and forgot to fill the tank. When I brought this to Ryan's attention, he immediately sent a check to cover my first fill up. So despite a few hiccups, everything was done to make things as right as possible. Thanks, Ryan and Elco! More
