The Genesis story. There's really not too much to say, I had a very reasonable car budget and I pulled into the lot because one of the employees Evo had caught my eye. Never in my life did I think I would walk away with a Hyundai, but the 2014 genesis coupe r-spec is more than what I imagined for a stock car. It does exactly what you tell it to do exactly when and how, and has a finesse to it that Evo's and Sti's seem to lack, almost like a luxury ride quality with a similar 4CT pull; I can't wait to start building on it. Justin was an excellent salesman and he was so down to actually help me weigh out real pro's and cons between the cars I was looking at, you can tell the entire staff at Hyundai of Asheville honestly cares about customer satisfaction over all. Simply put if you're on the market for a new or used car, don't overlook Hyundai like I almost did, I'm extremely happy with my new car and Hyundai of Asheville will give you a 5/5 all gold environment to browse and purchase cars. VERY SATISFIED. :D More

Used car Inquiry Well..first of all, they should have told me the asking price for the car I was interested in...this would have made things run smoother. What really annoyed me was that they often left me sitting while they conferred with other sales persons.... Seemed I watched them talking, talking (Ryan Nazionale)..and it seemed that it was not about my inquiry. Very poor attention to the customer. Mr. Whitmire was very nice and cordial..but I didn't get a feeling of good customer service from the dealership as a whole.. More

My New Hyundai Santa Fe Limited I just recently bought a new 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited from the guys at Hyundai of Asheville. I was greeted in the parking lot by Michael Whitmir I just recently bought a new 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited from the guys at Hyundai of Asheville. I was greeted in the parking lot by Michael Whitmire. He showed me everything I asked to see and we test drove 2 different models. He drove every car to me instead of me having to walk all over the lot to see the different ones. He took three cars and parked them side by side so I could compare them all. I was allowed to keep one of the cars overnight so that my husband could get a good look at it and drive it himself. They didnt have the color/model I wanted there on the lot but by the next day they had found me the exact car I was looking for. I was overjoyed that they found it so quickly and had it delivered to the dealership within 24 hours. I was treated so well by everyone that I worked with on this car purchase and I thought the customer service was excellent! When my husband and I showed up on Saturday to finalize the purchase ALL the paperwork was completed/ ready to sign and the car was detailed perfectly. We had 30 minutes of signing paperwork and we were out the door. I got a very thorough run through by Michael of all the features on my new car and a full tank of gas. This was probably one the easiest car purchases I have ever made. Thank you Michael Whitmire for ALL of your hard work/ knowledge and patience and thank you to Billy Hill, Ryan Nazionale and Shannon Hudson for everything you guys did to make this such a pleasant experience. I will definately be recommending you to any of my friends who might be in the market for a new car. More

My experience was amazing!!! After speaking with Mary Ann wanting to purchase a Genesis, Ryan informed her that one had come available. It arrived and I loved it!!! Charles, Mary Ann and my husband worked on wanting to purchase a Genesis, Ryan informed her that one had come available. It arrived and I loved it!!! Charles, Mary Ann and my husband worked on the details, them Mike Lawson made the closing very easy. I went home with a car I love!!! Thank you all for making this experience so awesome!!!!! More

I was lucky to have Richard Parton walk me through and make my first purchase on my own a perfect experience.
