Brought car in for State Inspection as an "Express Service" - all went well. Nice people, check in easy, comfortable waiting area with coffee etc. Took about 3 hours which was an hour longer than est Service" - all went well. Nice people, check in easy, comfortable waiting area with coffee etc. Took about 3 hours which was an hour longer than estimated and I asked them to skip the free car wash as I wanted to keep moving. Communication was a bit of an issue only in that they did not come to me to say it would take longer, I checked in with them twice to see the status after the two hour mark. But overall I was satisfied. More
