Unprofessional, poor customer service, someone need to
make sure they look over the work that is supposed to be done and that it’s done properly before the car is returned to the customer. My car came in

My car came in for a simple body work and spray, my battery wasn’t dead on arrival but it’s dead when ready to pick up in service how ridiculous is that, the hey cover on my Drive side door was broken off, The back seat and back passenger door panel is full of spotted white paint, it’s either they didn’t prep properly or the body shop doesn't care because that’s a standard procedure they do everyday before spray any and every vehicle. I expect this service from a mom and pop shop not the dealership. In between someone at the collision place was driving my car for their personal use.
