Fort Washington Mercedes is excellent all around! I had a wonderful buying experience recently. Excellent Service My car was in for repairs to a dented bumper. The estimate was exactly what was charged which is not always the situation elsewhere. My vehicle was in because I was in an accident, and they were facilitating having all repairs done to my vehicle. They took care of everything from start to finish, and couldn’t have made the process easier were facilitating having all repairs done to my vehicle. They took care of everything from start to finish, and couldn’t have made the process easier. Once they made sure I was set up in my rental/loaner vehicle, they handled the rest! They even took care of the back and forth with the other persons insurance company, to make sure my vehicles damage was quickly appraised, then in to the body shop for all repairs to start. They totally turned around my nightmare of a day with their exceptional service and attention to detail! And I got my car back super fast, looking brand new! I hope I’m never in another accident...but if I am, I’ll definitely be going back to MB of Fort Washington. They have the best service department around. More
