Per Colorado state law (and printed on the Sales agreement provided by Corwin), the dealership is required to give the new owner the passing emissions test report OR offer the new owner a voucher to agreement provided by Corwin), the dealership is required to give the new owner the passing emissions test report OR offer the new owner a voucher to get their own testing done with a right to return in 3 days if it fails. None of this information was reviewed with me during the time of sale and no emissions test or voucher was provided (Dean Johnson & Ryan Halvorsen completed my sale). Now I'm trying to register my truck and was told by my county DMV that the dealer was supposed to provide this. I called and was directed to Jason Nye- he was rude and told me he had never heard of this law, they have plenty of customers across the state and have never been required to provide this? He wanted to argue with me and told me I was the first person that has ever brought this to their attention instead of actually looking into the law and finding out they are in breach of contract. Update- after posting this review, the GM called me personally to apologize for the finance manager's response and lack of knowledge and offered to cover the cost of the testing. This was a great experience up until time for registration. I appreciate the quick response from management and ave updated my review accordingly. More

This genuinely was a low pressure car buying experience that I have not had in the past when purchasing vehicles. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and walked us through each step of the car buy that I have not had in the past when purchasing vehicles. I was able to work with a salesman named Mize Williams who did a fantastic job at knowing the knowledge and attentions I needed for looking into a vehicle for my self and my boyfriend. He was always on to who did a fantastic job at knowing the knowledge and attentions I needed for looking into a vehicle for my self and my boyfriend. He was always on top of scheduling and provided necessary needs to welcome me into the dealership. Mize Williams never pushed me into a vehicles I had no interest in since all I wanted was one particular truck. Overall, not super happy with Corwin Toyota Sales. I gave the Dealership a 5 star review on Google, but can easily take that back. Although I am a man of my word, I gave the review per thanks to JR a I gave the Dealership a 5 star review on Google, but can easily take that back. Although I am a man of my word, I gave the review per thanks to JR and the GM Curtis. They were able to remove some add-on that my sale rep Stephen Smith said it was mandatory. Here's the Negatives: 1. Sales Rep was unresponsive when I called and left a message, or text their dealer number. 2. Sales Rep rushed through everything. Did not provide proper documentation requested at the time of meeting. I requested OTD pricing with Taxes and fees and it was never provided. 3. Car was allocated and was not notified til 10 days after, but I found out because I called multiple times, and eventually requested for a manager for updates. That's when I found out my car was allocated. 4. I got a build without my requested package and Sales Rep insisted I pay more than my original quoted price. After a long talk, I got the Sales Rep to relook at the paper work and dropped the price. I added on the hitch/wiring harness. OEM All Weather floor liners, and requested for Heated seats too. I didn't realize they went to a 3rd party for Heated seats. I would have been nice to know because I'm pretty sure the dealership marked up this pricing. 5. Additional Dealership Add ons - Sale Rep said Pulse Braking and Data Dot was mandatory adds and I could not remove it. Found out all the add on are "Voluntary" in their contract and of course this was the last paperwork I signed with Financing. Luckily I reviewed all my paperwork at home after signing before picking up my car. Sales Rep and Financing guy wanted me to sign all paperwork before going through the checklist. I was happy to sign, but requested that everything needs to be run thru again before leaving the dealership with the vehicle. 6. Day of pick up, Sales Rep just wanted me out the door without running through the check list, without going through the App. And I had to insist on running through the check list. 7. Paperwork said car would be detailed. Found bird poop on the windshield. Found dirt and water stains all over the car. I even have photos for proof. He did a quick clean but at this point I was already irritated. 8. Talked to the GM and was able to get the Pulse and Data Dot removed. Curtis was extremely nice and so was JR. We connected and I told them these items were not beneficial for me and I did not need them, nor did I want to pay for them. J.R. removed them off the contract and they had their Service dept. remove the PULSE. I told them I would give a 5 star review. 9. I usually manage my owns car maintenance, so I was at the Parts and Accs. Dept buying OEM Oil Filters and Oil. When I walked by the Sales Rep. I noticed him and 2 others gossiping about me. Sorry this is unprofessional. They should have waited til I was out of the building. 11. I'm loyal to Toyota and their cars. But I will not be loyal to this dealership. I requested for transparency and all I got was dishonest sales people. More
