Offered a rental the next visit to install running boards which I did not need. Followed up with emails and calls. I went to Greg Leblanc Toyota (where I had purchased the car) to ask them to please work with Price LeBlanc in Baton Rouge to make sure it was repaired properly. The service department was awesome. They called them to check on the car..... Greg Breaux greeted us and asked how he could help. Greg LeBlanc also came to check. He evidently saw how I wasn’t going to trust that car again after being stranded with my young grandsons. Both Gregs checked the inventory to give me the best deal they could on a trade in. It worked out wonderfully and I am so grateful. I now have a 2019 Highlander and feel safe again. I LOVE this dealership. Everyone is happy, friendly, and really cares for their customers. I especially want to thank Corey Kuhn. He really went above and beyond in his kindness and help to us. He was assigned to “seal the deal” and did it with such professionalism and care. He was very patient and made sure everything was done before we left, including calling the insurance company and printing my insurance cards. Corey is a valuable asset to the company. More
