I found Frank Bleers to be a great salesman, always willing to accommodate a customer’s needs, offering personalized service, and making the entire process so understandable because of his expertise an willing to accommodate a customer’s needs, offering personalized service, and making the entire process so understandable because of his expertise and knowledge. Andy, the manager, is also accommodating and willing to offer alternatives for customers. I have bought four out of my five Toyotas from Anderson Toyota in Rockford. Always good to buy local! More

I called Oct 19 to check and see what it would cost to replace a tire. Janet Forquer told me I had purchased a special tire warranty and the tire replacement would be free. I was so pleasantly surprised replace a tire. Janet Forquer told me I had purchased a special tire warranty and the tire replacement would be free. I was so pleasantly surprised and happy. Went in today had the tire replaced and found out that Janet was just a condescending liar. It was not free. She LIED. Why lie? To get more business? Janet Forquer was condescending and unpleasant. It must be really fun for her to lie to people and watch their disappointment at the service counter. I should have know she was a horrible person. She was really rude until she got back on the line Oct 19 and then sweetly said we had free tire replacement. All just to be mean and scamming to get business. Then the service dept told me my tire sensor was also ruined and must be replaced. I didn't have the money to pay for the tire and the $250 sensor. But guess what when I left my sensor worked just fine. So more scamming trying to make money off of hard working people. Disgusted by Anderson Toyota. My family has purchased vehicles there for years. Never again. Service manager Ryan was just as useless as Janet. HE SAID WHY SHOULD HE HAVE TO EAT THE COST OF THE TIRE JUST BECAUSE JANET WAS WRONG. HE MEANT SHE LIED. CONSUMER BEWARE! More

At Rockford Toyota/Lexus it's usually oil changes & routine maintenance for me... but when I have particular inquiries.. if .. she's knowledgeable. I purchased a 2018 Chevy Impala from Trent Endgren. I was nervous that I was going to have to talk to some pushy salesperson, however Trent was not pushy whatsoever, actively listened to my wants and price points, and found me a ride that met every criteria. I also had the pleasure of working with Tony Signorella when negotiating and finding a price point that worked for my budget.
