Worst car buying experience. Kept me waiting for over an hour “to speak to finance” when I was paying for the car in cash. Forced to watch upsell options, when I said I didn’t want them. Car was not ready when promised. Had to have hail damage repaired and they damaged the car - scraped paint, chipped paint, ripped the clear coat - so had to have my new car repaired further. Car was supposed to be detailed and it was brought to me filthy, with all sorts of small debris on floors and in the trunk and dirty cup holder. Still don’t have my car. But they cashed my check right away. They are trying to make things better, but none of this should have happened this way. Would never buy from here again. More
