Check in should be little bit easier, is kind of not easy finding someone to check you in. But everything else was very good, especially the last gentleman that was giving me the keys very friendly. finding someone to check you in. We had our Sonata in for routine oil change and maintenance. My husband left them with instructions to contact his cell number with any questions and when the vehicle was ready. They texted me inst maintenance. My husband left them with instructions to contact his cell number with any questions and when the vehicle was ready. They texted me instead, sending the in-progress video link to my cell stating they would notify me when the vehicle was ready for pickup. They never notified either of us. We picked it up at the end of the day. I happened to check my email later that night and saw they emailed me recommending we change the air and cabin filters (click yes or no). They never once contacted my husband at his requested number, they texted me with less urgent notifications, and emailed me with the only notification that was actually pressing. Now we need to make another appointment just to change the filters. More

It was anther disappointing experience with slow and incomplete service. Told upon checking in that it would be 90 minutes but did not get any updates until 2 hours after checking in.
