third time Third time I leased with Dana . This time was not a good experience. The original sales person was obnoxious, did not listen to our requests. After some time he supposedly fo Dana . This time was not a good experience. The original sales person was obnoxious, did not listen to our requests. After some time he supposedly found a car we were looking for . when we go inside to talk about a deal it turns out that car was a front wheel drive not the 4 wheel drive we wanted. Another person took over, admitted the mistake and found a 4 wheel drive. then they brought the original sales person who after we leased it , told us he would be there the following morning to show us around the new Corsair when we picked it up. Make sure we knew how everything worked. The following morning we go to get the car ,we are told that is his day off . Like he did'nt know that. Then I decide to add the tire insurance. I was told that personal checks were acceptable up to $ 2500 . The morning we are picking up the car I bring a check for $707 only to be told my check bounced . they take me to the cashier. I call my bank . They tell me there is plenty of money to cover that check. Apparently your machine would not. accept the check . Why tell me personal checks are acceptable. I wound up charging it. The only good part was the morning we picked up the car after being thoroughly agravated the other guy wasn't there ,they found someone to help us get familiar with the car.that was Mary Graffeo. Went to Dana with intent to buy out my leased Corsair Never expected that thy would come up with a new lease that I would find acceptable over buying out my current lease. Worked with their sales agent a Never expected that thy would come up with a new lease that I would find acceptable over buying out my current lease. Worked with their sales agent and eventually was able to get a new Nautilus at an affordable deal. More

This is my third lease with Dana and everything seems to go smoother with each visit. Very professional from Rupert in sales, Sean as manager, and Jeff in finance they made my wife and I feel very comfortab go smoother with each visit.
