They were really easy to work with. Had everything ready and it was simple to walk in and sign the paperwork. I normally purchase from Thomas, but he wasn’t available and Royal assisted in his absence. IlRoyal did a fantastic job! He brought the vehicle to my wife to see at her business. He then picked it up from and Royal assisted in his absence. IlRoyal did a fantastic job! He brought the vehicle to my wife to see at her business. He then picked it up from our home to get it detailed, the met her with the cleaned vehicle and spent time showing her all the features and how to use them. He went above and beyond! More

Yellowstone Motors had one of two trucks within a 600 mile radius that I wanted. The deal was done over the phone and I was in-and-out in less than 30 minutes. The AT4X has a number of dealer installed options and the service crew (although I didn't meet them) did an amazing job as well. More

I enjoyed working with Royal. I was impressed with how professional and pleasant his demeanor was for being a younger sales associate. He was very helpful with any questions I had I was impressed with how professional and pleasant his demeanor was for being a younger sales associate. He was very helpful with any questions I had, and if he didn't know, he was quick to get back to me with an answer. He was very polite and checked in with me while waiting for a response from the lender, but not in a pushy kind of way, which some sales people can be a little aggressive. I did not have a good experience with the last guy who sold me a vehicle from the same dealership, but Royal was able to give them another chance for me. More
