Frank Fiore & the entire staff was very patient and helpful. I was in a difficult situation: I needed to trade in two cars for one. Unfortunately, I needed a near-new used car at a reasonable price, and a signif I was in a difficult situation: I needed to trade in two cars for one. Unfortunately, I needed a near-new used car at a reasonable price, and a significant amount of money for the cars being traded in. Fred Fiore asked: " What do you want?" He found me EXACTLY the make and model.... even with the best paint and interior colors!! Very grateful to Frank & Motor Werks staff. More

Excellent service for my 10 year old Cadillac. I have been driving for over 50 years and have experienced every level of motor vehicle service from unacceptable to exceptional. I am very pleased I have been driving for over 50 years and have experienced every level of motor vehicle service from unacceptable to exceptional. I am very pleased to state that I continue to receive exceptional service from Adam Weller and Ross Wear. But more than their exceptional service is their professionalism as evidenced by their "doing the right thing". Previously I had noticed that there was water in the trunk of my Cadillac and brought it in for the correction of that problem. I paid the bill and thought that the matter had been resolved. However, it became evident that the problem had not been corrected because there continued to be water in the trunk. Their professionalism became readily apparent by their testing and re-testing each possible cause for the leak for over 1 week during which time I was provided with a new Cadillac loaner for my use. When I arrived to collect my vehicle Adam and Ross explained in detail, every action that was taken to remedy the leak problem. It was obvious that much thought, time and effort had been expended on my behalf. When presented with the statement for the services rendered it was $0. They stated to me that they endeavor to "to do the right thing" for their customers and that the leak problem should have been corrected the first time I was there. However, they used the wrong word when they characterized me as their "customer". More aptly and justifiably, they should have referred to me as their "client" because of the professionalism which was demonstrated to me by Adam and Ross. Please be assured that I will continue to have my Cadillac serviced by Motor Werks Cadillac of Barrington, at least for so long as Adam and Ross are there. Credit where credit is due and Congratulations on a job well done. More

Most pleasant car buying experience ever Let me start by saying I never spend the time to post reviews online but after the car buying experience I had at Motor Werks I decided to post one. Let me start by saying I never spend the time to post reviews online but after the car buying experience I had at Motor Werks I decided to post one. I could not have been happier with the overall experience with this dealership. I had the pleasure of dealing directly with the Sales Manager Daniel Taylor. From the moment I set foot in the store I was treated as a VIP customer even though I had never been there before. Although this was a Cadillac dealer I ended up buying a Ford Expedition they had received as a trade-in. They ended up detailing the car twice after the Sales Manager said he wasn't happy with how it looked (even though it looked great) the first time. They took care of every detail, small or big, that I asked for. I have to say this is a first class dealership and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. More

Great Service Department !!! I recently brought my car in for a pretty simple fix which was covered under warranty. They also addressed another cosmetic issue with the car and imm I recently brought my car in for a pretty simple fix which was covered under warranty. I could not be more pleased with this service department - both Ross (Service Writer) & Marty (Service Manager). They earned my service business going forward and will buy my next Cadillac from them. Thank You! Unfortunately, My SRX was totaled due to an accident a few weeks ago. I needed to replace it and felt the stress of having to make a quick decision. Unfortunately, My SRX was totaled due to an accident a few weeks ago. I needed to replace it and felt the stress of having to make a quick decision. My husband and I found an SRX that had all of the things we were looking for and a whole lot more! We started the sales process with John Kyriakopoulos and were then introduced to Kristie Long and she patiently and thoughtfully addressed all of our questions along with applying a little love regarding my car accident. She was in touch with us through phone calls and text messages and kept us up to date with a minor CUE issue and the entire sales process. John agreed to replacing a small trim piece and the process was professionally completed by Ross Wear just two days after our purchase. Special mention goes to Matt! Matt joined us for a test drive and was able to answer every, and I mean EVERY question about my very special SRX! Thank you to everyone for making my car purchase a special experience. Excellent consistent service and repair, the Best! Motor Werks Cadillac is the only Cadillac Dealership that has provided me with consistent excellent service and maintenance for my 2014 XTS Livery Edi Motor Werks Cadillac is the only Cadillac Dealership that has provided me with consistent excellent service and maintenance for my 2014 XTS Livery Edition sedan. Ross, the Service Advisor is the best, he is always consistent with appointments, parts, and scheduling; also, the paperwork is processed quickly without having to wait forever. Doug the Service Manager is always there to make sure warranty issues are covered, and it all works well. Tim the Mechanic is the Best, whatever he repairs is done right the first time and he is great at diagnosing problem. Tim replaced my Magnetic ride Strut. I have no relation to this dealership or the people there, but it's true they are the best. If you want it done right, go to Cadillac Motor Werks! Thank you, Demetrios More
