Id like to thank Jenkins Nissan for their outstanding customer service! Ive owned my Nissan for a year and have had terrible experiences at other locations. My car was serviced by Carmax in Tampa and the customer service! Ive owned my Nissan for a year and have had terrible experiences at other locations. My car was serviced by Carmax in Tampa and the service there was herrendous! My car has been back and forth to Nissan Maus in Tampa, and they misdiagnosed and failed to complete the repair correctly three times! Then I began taking my car to Wesley Chapel Nissan. They are cocky and short with you there, poor customer service, no care, and they misdiagnosed a problem with my car twice and lied about the diagnosis because they didnt want to repair the issue while it was still under a full warranty. The issue was never actually repaired when they said it was, and gave me a wishy-washy explanation of what the problem was. Awful experience with them. 10 months ago I moved to Leesburg and have been using Jenkins Nissan for my car care services since. Always a great experience, my car gets repaired quickly and correctly every time, with super friendly attendants who take the time to answer all your concerns. Excellent customer service! My last service on Monday, March 20th, 2023. The boss man, "Ronald Carter", took excellent care of me and my car! He has a wonderful personality and took the time to address all the concerns I was having. He got me out the door quickly with my car repaired and running again so that I could still get to work that evening instead of calling out or having to take a taxi to work. I highly recomend this location and its services. They have an outstanding team working there. Thank you to all the employees at Jenkins Nissan of Leesburg for your outstanding customer service, I truly appreciate you all! More
