Really enjoyed working with Ronan on Friday. Took my car up the road for a Service A and some troubleshooting on my ABS. He was transparent in what else my 2008 E350 sedan needed work on. I told him about some of the work I’ve done to the car (replace the intake manifold, replace the cooling thermostat housing, etc.) and he even walked me to the back of the service center so we could look at my car together and show me what I needed to consider as I plan maintenance and budgeting. Hopefully I can continue working with Ronan as I need to bring my car back to the service center. More
