Walking into this experience I never thought I would walk away with a brand new 2013 car. Being a first time buyer, and a younger adult with barely any credit history I was very skeptical. I worked with Ron and was able to pick out a car that was affordable being it was my first financing option. We talked back and forth about pricing until we were right where I wanted to be...not only that they are going to add on Bluetooth to my brand new 2013! I got the downpayment I wanted, the monthly payment I wanted and got somebody who was real, upfront, and didn't sugarcoat anything at all. I've been to many other dealerships before. The salespeople always seem to either know NOTHING about the vehicles or they know everything and they're great. Ron was one of the great. Ron is a great salesman to work with especially if you are a woman. He is polite and respectful without the car salesman arrogance so often found on a sales floor. The dealership had the specific vehicle I wanted so most of the time was spent in the financial negotiations. Paul handled that aspect and although we initially started out far apart, eventually the outcome was very satisfactory. Ron did a great job explaining all the aspects of the car and made "sign and drive" happen in less than an hour after we finished negotiating. I really hadn't planned to drive off in a new car today but they certainly made it happen. I would certainly consider using Empire again for my next purchase or lease. More
