This was the first dealership visited for this model truck. Found the salesman Ron Webb to be very courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I stated my visit as a fact finding visit since I did no truck. Found the salesman Ron Webb to be very courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I stated my visit as a fact finding visit since I did not know what model vehicle I was going to be interested in. We looked at and discussed the Tuscon. Ron was a very good listener, and was eager to assist. He called my home the day after and left a message in a polite follow-up to my visit. I visited 3 other dealerships offering the same model and found some to be very aggressive which is a turn off to me. One dealer offered a very low price to get the sale. The chemistry did not flow between us, and they did not have the color I was interested in. After my decision to go forward with a Hyundai I revisited Empire a week later and Ron recognized me immediately and also called me by name. Very impressive given the number of people he speaks with. Test drove the vehicle and then discussed pricing. We could not agree on the price, it was late and I had to end the visit. A couple of days later I recieved a follow up call from a customer service representative at the dealership stating that Empire would beat any quote and it was guaranteed. Remembering the quote I received from the other dealership I revisted Empire for a third time and Ron greeted me. He took the quote to the GM and Empire beat the competitor's price as stated on the phone. The purchase went through, I was welcomed to the Empire Hyuandi family, and I am a proud owner of a 2013 Hyuandai Tuscon Limited. A couple of days later I was having a problem with the blue tooth connection with the vehicle. Ron was not in and Ricardo Bernadino helped me solve the problem. He too was eager to assist and solved my problem with ease. He went over the features again with me and took his time, did not rush me and made sure I was satisfied. More
