Better than expected Being a new car-buyer, I expected a worse experience than I got. They didn't try to hide costs, and I got a fair deal. They left me with a dealer plate so I didn't have to come back, which was great. Negatives- the process took WAY TOO LONG. I was there the duration of the dealer's operating hours on a Sunday. They could save some time eliminating the embarrassingly low opening offers, but I suppose that's the game. Despite that, an overall positive experience. More
