It all happened surprisingly fast, so perhaps I was not as attentive as I should have been, esp. in terms of "what does Certified Pre-Owned include?". The trade if of my two older vehicles was handled easily as was my taking receipt of the 'new' (for me at least) vehicle. I should have checked out the tires more closely, should have examined the interior features as to what WAS as well as NOT included. But, I have no second thoughts. Ronnie is a very personable, respectful person, esp. as a salesperson, had he not been that way I would not have gone thru with this transaction. We used Toyota products as our scale for vehicle comparison and Falmouth Toyota as our benchmark for customer service. We ultimately purchased from Falmouth Toyota. We have confidence we have bought a reliable vehicle. We were treated exceptionally well by our salesperson, Ron and the rest of the sales team. For example, Ron helped to streamline the testing process by lining up several vehicles for us to drive one right after another, versus how we were treated at other dealerships where the sales associate would bring us back into the showroom between each vehicle test. We were welcomed into the dealership by name by the General Manager and the Sales Manager. The Service Manager, Tony Martino helped us through the difficult time post-accident/full vehicle loss by coordinating insurance reviews, vehicle towing, vehicle removal and a personal handoff to the sales team for vehicle replacement. We recommend Falmouth Toyota to our friends and family. Falmouth Toyota is one of our favorite companies to do business with. More

I purchased my first Toyota Camry from Falmouth Toyota January 2011. I was pleasantly surprised at the financing package I qualified for with Toyota Financial. I had that car until my husband totaled it in a bad car accident. We just purchased our 2007 Toyota Camry in October 2013 from Falmouth Toyota. We were able to pass on the 2002 Toyota Echo to my son. As a result of the accident, we were in need of another vehicle. We went to Falmouth Toyota and spoke to Ron. We told him what we want and the monthly amount we could afford. Within a few days, Ron called us with information about the 2008 Toyota Camry. By the third week of November 2013, the team @ Falmouth Toyota worked out a deal for us that we could afford and met all our needs. We have told EVERYONE we know about the dedication and patience they had with our situation. We wouldn't consider purchasing a vehicle from any where else after the star treatment we received at Falmouth Toyota! More
