No ownership from managers and nightmare experience Only helpful person was Sami. No one greeted or wanted to help. Jim Ellis promise is just a board we didn't experience it. Rebecca and Ron have issues Only helpful person was Sami. No one greeted or wanted to help. Jim Ellis promise is just a board we didn't experience it. Rebecca and Ron have issues with ownership of a problem. Ron didn't want to help us resolve a simple issue. Truck was 1st given unclean with less air in tires. Only bought truck because of Sami. Worst experience ever. Jim Ellis took the joy of buying a new truck out. I saved a lot for this moment and I didn't get to enjoy it with the lack of ownership from this dealership. I wasted a lot of my time to resolve a simple after service issue when the dealership didn't want to help. All they want is your money and once they have that service department doesn't help. None of the sales managers helped or took ownership as well. Driving for me is a privilege due to my medical condition. All that I got was stress and no help. Will buy from Sami again not never from Jim Ellis. Worst dealership experience ever. 4 sales people didn't want to help only Sami did even though he was with a client. Seems like he's the only one working there and everyone else is just there to collect a check. More
