Fantastic Saturday Morning I was in Curry Honda this past Saturday to pick up my new 2015 Civic (which I love!). I worked with Ron Brunner, who was absolutely fantastic during I was in Curry Honda this past Saturday to pick up my new 2015 Civic (which I love!). I worked with Ron Brunner, who was absolutely fantastic during this entire experience. He spoke mainly with my father when discussing the purchase, but really took the time to really ensure I had all information clearly explained to me and that I left with no unanswered questions. Not only that, he was so friendly from the moment I walked in, by coming right up to me in the show room. You can tell Ron enjoys his career from the way he takes care of his customers and his excitement when showing off vehicle features. He truly went above and beyond and I will recommend Ron, and Curry Honda to friends in the future. Thank you so much! More

Strongly Motivated to Achieve Higher Expectations I have to say that dealing with Curry Honda made me feel at ease, buying my first new car. I called Curry Honda and spoke to Ron Brunner. I told him I have to say that dealing with Curry Honda made me feel at ease, buying my first new car. I called Curry Honda and spoke to Ron Brunner. I told him I was at another dealer ready to close the deal, and they would not accept my financing, and I asked if his car dealership would. Well, he got back to me in minutes, and asked what I was looking for? I told him what I wanted in a car, and he said they did not have it on the lot, but give him some time to locate one. Keep in mind I am very particular on what options, and color (outside/inside) the car is. He called me on Monday and said they have found one, and it will be delivered on Wednesday. After dropping off documents, and speaking with Chris Brunner about different options, warranties, and protection. He was very knowledgeable and very easy going, which made me grateful and not frustrated. He explained everything to a “T” and gave insight on trends of common issues that could happen in the unforeseen future. Now it was time to get the car, this dealership went to CT to register the car, detailed it, and gave me a full tank of gas. I came back to my brand new car, with Ron’s attention to detail on every option the car had, and explained one-on-one how to use all the different features. He also noticed some gummy residue left on the window from a sticker, he cleaned it and made sure I was content. Both Ron and Chris get an A+ in my book for exceeding specific objectives that were given. They effectively communicated and achieved my expectations. Ron built my trust and rapport, and I will definitely be back in the future for new vehicles, and recommending him to friends and colleagues. -Most people think "selling" is the same as "talking". Phenomenal experience I had just purchased a 2007 mitshibishi eclipse three months prior to coming in. After finding out I was pregnant the car clearly wasn't going to work I had just purchased a 2007 mitshibishi eclipse three months prior to coming in. After finding out I was pregnant the car clearly wasn't going to work in the near future. I came in just to see if I had any options. I was absolutely blown away by the service I received and how helpful Ron was. He made the transition so easy and I didn't feel pressured or any regret about my decision to lease. I would highly recommend anyone I know to go see him. I'm hoping when it's time to return to lease again or buy this car I will again be able to be helped by Ron. His work ethic is the way every sales man should be in my opinion. He made it about what was best for me, not Honda. More

TOP NOTCH! We never thought it was possible to describe a dealership as Top Notch for customer service, friendliness, integrity.... but that is exactly what occu We never thought it was possible to describe a dealership as Top Notch for customer service, friendliness, integrity.... but that is exactly what occurred just over a week ago, when we set foot into Curry Honda. We did some quick online research of local dealership because we knew our situation wasn't going to make finding a vehicle easy. Curry Honda was given high reviews, they were a bit further than we wanted to travel, but thought it would be worth the try and the trip... we are glad we did, and boy were we impressed! Ron sat with us for most of the day, taking the time to learn about our vehicle needs and balanced it beautifully with our price range! It was not an easy task, as we do a lot of commuting and have had some financial challenges recently given the economy. Generally, it is very uncomfortable discussing financial hardships, most places would have just judged and labeled us. This wasn't the case with Ron. He took the time to explain we weren't alone, and assured us that we could work something out. Once the decision to purchase was made, Chris got involved to secure financing. Usually this is the most "dreaded" part of purchasing a car, walking into the financing office. Chris picked up right where Ron left off, and made the process so easy! He didn't stop at the initial offer, he continued to work with other lenders and came back with an offer that saved us several percentage points, making the loan even more affordable than we originally thought. This man is a miracle worker and has ensured us another avenue to restore our credit. As a veteran, seeing the "Vets Board" by the front door, just added to the "home town feel" and pride in our country that is very evident at Curry Honda. We are so grateful and some faith has been restored that not all dealerships are the same, Curry Honda and its employees, have gone above and beyond. Customer service, integrity, friendliness... ALL TOP NOTCH!! Thank you Ron & Chris! More

Ron Brunner - great purchasing experience As a general note, the dealership has a very nice atmosphere. Very clean; friendly staff; helped immediately. Specifically... our experience with Ron Brunner, Sales Consultant, was great. I told the manager that this was the best car buying experience we've ever had. Ron has a very friendly, easy-going personality which immediately put us at ease. He was very knowledgable about all the Honda products (and competitor products). He gave us lots of information about the cars we looked at but we never felt he was doing a hard sell. (I felt like he was a neighbor or friend telling me about the call.) Before we took a test drive he pointed out the key features of the car (most of which were new to us). He explained safety features; was able to answer all the questions I asked. ANd he also asked good questions to determine what we were really looking for in a new car (features, price range, etc.). To be honest, we did not think we were going to buy a car today. But the whole experience was so positive and reassuring that we felt very comfortable that we were making a good decision. I would recommend Ron Brunner (and Curry Honda) to any of our friends or family. More

His friendly personality and nonthreatening approach were a refreshing change from my previous car buying experiences. Not only was Ron extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, he took the time to listen to my concerns and questions in a manner that conveyed to me a sense of collaboration. I went into this experience prepared for battle. When buying cars in the past, no matter how well prepared I was I ended up feeling I had been taken...especially once meeting with the finance guy. This was certainly not the case this time. Chris Brunner worked to get me an excellent finance rate. He also took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my decisions. Both Chris and Ron were very genuine and kind. They made me feel that they cared about me as a person..not just a sale. I can honestly say that I am happy to have met them both. I thank them for making this process so painless and pleasant...the first time I have actually smiled leaving a car dealership! More

In the end Lia Honda and Curry had almost the same deal, but Ron's personal non over pressure approach is what sold us. His after the deal follow up was also a nice touch.
