New Honda Delivery Experience Romain Robinson did a great job delivering our new Honda Ex-L Hybrid to our home during the Covid-19 lockdown. Because of our age and underlying heal Romain Robinson did a great job delivering our new Honda Ex-L Hybrid to our home during the Covid-19 lockdown. Because of our age and underlying health conditions we could not come to the dealership to pick up the car. The first thing he did when he got out of the car was wipe down the steering wheel, door handles and everything else he may have touched with a disinfectant. He was wearing a mask and latex gloves and maintained social distance at all times. He did a great job walking us through the closing process and explained all of the operating features of the car. Romain is a very personable, respectful and intelligent person who an outstanding representative for Waldorf Honda. Stormy Hamilton did a great job helping us locate the vehicle that we wanted and helping us negotiate a fair purchase price. Within a few hours of me contacting her by email on a Friday afternoon she was able to locate the vehicle we wanted at another dealership. Before close of business on Friday we reached a fair deal and by Sat afternoon the car was at Waldorf Honda and being prepped for delivery. Could not have asked for Stormy to have been more cooperative, responsive and helpful. A great remote buying experience during these most stressful Covid-19 circumstances. This is my third Accord purchase from Waldorf Honda since 2001. More
