Best customer service! I just bought my 2nd Toyota Prius today, in as many years. Nothing wrong with the first. I just realized I should have bought the Prius Three from the start, so I upgraded to get the "extra options" I really wanted. I have purchased both Prius' from Rodney Lewis and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him. He is first and foremost honest. That cannot be understated. Rodney is friendly, genuine, and provides superb customer service. He sat in my car, both times, and paired my phone to the car and helped me program radio stations. This was a blessing as I am not computer savvy. I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle to ask for Rodney. Additionally, Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston, as a whole, has very welcoming and helpful staff, from the front door, to sales, to finance, and the service department. I live 25 miles from the dealership (and there is another Toyota dealership closer but I find them very pushy) and am more than willing to make the drive as I know that I, and my car, are in excellent hands. I know that he was only looking to insure that I, as his customer, received the best car on the lot with my name on it; with the best deal tailored to my financial budget. Once my car (the one that was waiting on your lot with my name on it) was presented to me; he continued to explain the different features, showing me their placement and how they worked, setting up my bluetooth (wonderful, with my lack of technology). Mr. Lewis was a gentleman of a salesman, who provided me with the best salesmanship and took care of my immediate need for reliable transportation.
