Remedy an issue I turned in my 2013 lease on a Corolla and purchased a Scion. After the purchase I received a bill for 512 dollars from the bank for a water stain on I turned in my 2013 lease on a Corolla and purchased a Scion. After the purchase I received a bill for 512 dollars from the bank for a water stain on the passenger seat and the bank said I could pay 400 dollars or do 3 installments totaling 512 dollars so I put the 400 dollars on my credit card. I contacted the sales person who sold me the Scion, who took my call while on vacation, and was put in contact with another sales person who explained to me that the dealership would have the seat cleaned and that the bank would refund me. The bank said they would not refund me and the sales person worked with me even though I was not his customer and even came in on his day off to try and clear up this misunderstanding between the bank. I also spoke with a sales manager who was very good at keeping me informed with calls back. I have to admit I was rude to the staff and they remained professional despite my attitude and continued to do me this favor which was appreciated. More

Best ever for Honesty and Determination to satisfy customer Everyone at this dealership was great . I dealt with 3 different sales people due to timing and when I could get there . Shane took my offer to the top for a used truck and deal was done in minutes . My wife noticed a small crack in the windshield after leaving and THE TEAM @ FRED ANDERSON TOYOTA had a new windshield replaced right away . Yes this was a used car but they did this at no charge to me . That is going above regular sales . I have had my other Toyota serviced here several times and it is always quick and AS PROMISED . More
