They stripped the equity from her low-mileage RAV4 Hybrid, giving her only $11,000 for a vehicle with a CarMax cash offer range of $17,600 to $19,000. They then locked her into a lease for a base-model 2026 Corolla capitalized at $32,288, which is nearly $8,000 over MSRP. Finally, they extracted an additional $1,700 in cash from her at signing. Our family has been buying cars from this exact dealership since 1983. If you have elderly parents, do not let them visit this dealership alone.
