We were so pleased with our salesman, Louis Bilous, for making our shopping experience so pleasant and stress free. He recommended a RAV4 which was comparable to the size vehicle I currently drive. We were given a car to test drive and shown all the nice features it included. At no time did we feel pressured. He gave us the benefits of upgrading to the RAV4 Prime which we ultimately decided to go with. We then chose the duration of the lease and set up a date of our choosing to pick up our new vehicle. I felt no need to shop elsewhere. Smithtown Toyota is a fine example of the proof that a new million dollar showroom is not necessary for positive car buying experience. It’s the people and their customer service that makes the dealer. More
