My first time purchasing a brand new car. I shopped around with a couple local dealerships while looking for my new car. I ended up at Phillips in Bradley. This was a new experience for me, as I shopped around with a couple local dealerships while looking for my new car. I ended up at Phillips in Bradley. This was a new experience for me, as I have never been able to purchase a new vehicle until now. The first night I came in (Saturday) I had worked with Robin Beckner. It was really late, the weather was bad, and they were getting ready to close but, he did his best to assist me. I came back that following Monday and was greeted by Ernie Hampton. He was very friendly, patient, and easy to work with. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable with my decision to make the purchase. He never made me pressured or uncomfortable. There were a couple other gentlemen that helped me with my different options, however I cannot remember their names. All in all, everyone was friendly and made for a pleasant first time buying experience. More

Fast, efficient and knowledgable Robin was a great salesperson. He made the buying process very quick and was able to answer all questions and concerns I had without hesitation.
