Jordan seemed to be a pleasant salesman. He was very responsive to all my questions. And worked diligently to get my payments to where I wanted them to be. However, I had an issue with finan He was very responsive to all my questions. And worked diligently to get my payments to where I wanted them to be. However, I had an issue with finance running my credit through 6 different creditors - with one being today and I already have the car in my possession - when I had a 710 credit score. Although Jordan was pleasant and responsive, when my husband and I came to pick up the vehicle and complete the purchase after traveling 4 hours my husband cranked the car to see how it runs and he noticed a hesitation. He mentioned it to Jordan and Jordan assured us that they inspected the vehicle and it was fine that’s just how it sounds. So we completed the paperwork - afterwards he told me I had a 3 month warranty if I have any issues to call him and he will locate some place in my city where I can take the vehicle and get it repaired. 3 hours into our trip back home we stop at a gas station and when we get ready to leave the car does not crank. We did not have jumper cables so we had to ask someone to help us. We got the car started and I immediately got on the phone to call Jordan - I told him what happened and he said for me to give him 10 minutes and he will call me back once he speaks with the used car manager. Jordan texted back a few hours later and said he spoke with the manager and he is trying to figure out a way to help. It’s 2 days later and I have not heard from anyone. My husband had to purchase a new battery - $285. This was not Jordan’s fault. But the issue should have been handled a lot better. Promises were made that were not followed through on. He assured me that if something were to happen they could assist me in getting it repaired. This should have been made right. More

As with most dealerships, the initial conversations with sales rep Alex Greer and Stephen and test driving is always superb in most places. I’ve dealt with a lot of dealerships over the years and sales reps sales rep Alex Greer and Stephen and test driving is always superb in most places. I’ve dealt with a lot of dealerships over the years and sales reps and Ulm it’s not much difference. It was a lot of lack of transparency.#1 not explaining the three year guarantee warranty that I was told by Derek the finance rep that I had no choice to take it, that it would not make any difference in the sales price of the vehicle. Which I still believe is not accurate, but that’s for a later day.#2 the detail work on the vehicle was absolutely horrific, after complaining the first time they said that they detailed the Mazda, but little was done. Also, you can’t tell me that no one there knew anything about the front windshield being scratched up, which I thought initially it was just not cleaned. But after I detailed it and sent it through the car wash, I noticed that the passenger front windshield had a huge wiper scrape embedded into the windshield. After I took the vehicle back the second time to get this resolved, I was told that they had no idea that had happened, and if I wanted it to be fixed I would have to pay for it. (which I did get it resolved $300 ) So I’m not certain what they did to my vehicle after I dropped it off when I brought it in for service, Stephen said he wasn’t sure and there was no invoice given to me, after waiting three hours, all I got was an apology and pretty much in so many words that’s the best they could do. With all of this being explained I don’t expect anything would go any different in the future with this particular dealership. I also believe some. dealerships tried to wear down the customer and then after 3 to 4 hours still there at the dealership, the customers just pretty much signing their savings away, just to be done with it. Pretty much what they do at an interrogation I would believe.And then to find out later, they wish there was more explanations given before initials and signature with all the snuck in hidden fees But there you have it, my honest experience and pov. More
