My experience with this dealership was very positive, every employee that I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. I first went to Fair Oaks Ford to test drive the Ford Fiesta Titanium Hatchback. I didn't think I'd fall in love with the car. Upon walking in the door I was greeted in a warm and welcome manner. I was n Fiesta Titanium Hatchback. I didn't think I'd fall in love with the car. Upon walking in the door I was greeted in a warm and welcome manner. I was not treated unfairly and my salesman Rod listened to me without judgment. I have had other salespeople at other dealerships (not Ford) make assumptions about me before they even spoke to me. Such as assuming that I leased my car, that I don't own my home (as a single woman I'm automatically a renter in this person's eyes), etc. I felt like I was treated with respect by Rod and Fair Oaks Ford. I didn't even think of visiting another Ford dealership after my initial visit to Fair Oaks Ford. More

Contacted the dealer on line and received a prompt reply. Set up an appointment and was taken care of immediately. Found us a car, secured financing and gave us a good deal. Upon picking up the car were again taken care of promptly and given all our options in detail and helped us choose the best ones for us. We were then given a thorough explanation of the features on our new car. Very pleasant experience and would highly recommend Fair Oaks Ford. More

Jeremy was great giving me the best deal for a brand new car. I cant believe I got a 2013 car! Then I met Bob Wojtan who gave me a great deal on a package for the car and I got an automatic starter for it! car. I cant believe I got a 2013 car! Craig made selecting my vehicle over the internet a pain free expeience. Got me the car I wanted in short order. Serafin has handled the my test drive and delivery instructions. I have never had such a pressure-free, enjoyable car buying experience before this visit to Fair Oaks. This dealership knows how to treat their customers and makes you feel like part of the dealership "family." Their primary goal is to make sure you are happy, and they will do everything in their power to make that happen. I LOVE my new Escape! Overall, it was a good car buying experience. I really don't enjoy buying cars and I especially don't like the negotiating/haggling process. Of course, at the conclusion of the process the delivery manager and finance manager are trying the "hard sell" of extended warranties and rustproofing, but they took no for an answer far more easily than when I have purchased other vehicles.
