I have been driving a Ford 2001 Econoline for the past 13 years. It lasted because of the excellent service and honest, straight forward advise I received from Fair Oaks Ford/Lincoln service department. One years. One of the best service person I have ever worked with was a gentlemen by the name of Wayne Miller. His straight forward, honest and friendly approach kept me coming back knowing I was getting the best service possible. When he told me that the Van was starting to have serious problems, I new I had to start looking for a new car that would fit our family of 6 (and 3 dogs). In the past, I have bought several cars from Pam Hammersmith at Fair Oaks. She is extremely knowledgeable about Ford and Lincoln products. She is personable, no pressure, honest and spent several hours with me making sure I new everything about the cars I was looking at. Even though I have had a great relationship with Fair Oaks Ford/Lincoln, I owed it to myself to look at other dealerships. I looked at Audi, BMW, Lexus, Acura, Mazda, Buick, GMC, Cadillac and other Ford Dealerships. Since I am 6'-4", it is a challenge finding cars that are comfortable and roomy for others when I have my seat all the way back. After test driving and ruling out a number of choices, it was between Ford/Lincoln and Cadillac. Cadillac was the only other dealership that actually gave me the time of day and no pressure. I saved Ford for last. Cadillac was very tempting but I would have to make sacrifices. I went back to Fair Oaks Ford/Lincoln. Pam's service, knowledge and the willingness to make sure I explored all choices was far more superior compared to all other dealerships I visited. She went so far as to make sure I test drove all cars I was interested in and comparing the measurements between cars to make sure I had the most room! Also, Wayne Miller kept checking with me to answer any questions I might have on the car's performance and repair record. He also told me what car engines I should stay away from that had a few issues with in the past year. I have never had that level of service before. After all the reading, test driving and the research on line, my wife and I decided on the 2014 Ford Flex. Since Fair Oaks did not have the vehicle I was looking for, they found it and had it back at their dealership within a day even though it was in another state, several hours away. Unfortunately my family and I were leaving the next day for a long weekend and could not pick up the car till after Christmas. Pam called me to even say she was sorry not to have the car in time for our trip. Could you believe that! It only took them a day to get and she was calling me to say she was sorry! That personable touch reinforced that I made the right decision to buy it from Fair Oaks Ford. The service didn't stop there. I then received calls and texts from Robert Wojtan to let me know the progress they were making with the extras I wanted that the dealership was suppling. Even though he was off, Robert still kept in touch with me. That goes above and beyond the call. When we came in to pick up the car the day after Christmas, it was ready to go. Everyone was very hospitable, caring and thoughtful. Even Wayne Miller came over to make sure I was satisfied. Usually I do not write reviews, although, I wanted to make sure everyone new about the experience we had at Fair Oaks Ford/Lincoln. Thank you to all that helped us there and I am sure anyone reading this would be doing a disservice to themselves if you do not consider stopping by Fair Oaks for the best service possible. More

I did not feel rushed I purchased a Ford Fusion last Saturday from Fair Oaks Ford. The staff is terrific. They are very friendly and helpful. I did not feel rushed or pressured. The facility is clean and actually, quite classy. My daughter and I were offered snacks and drinks. The waiting area is very comfortable and has a large flat screen tv and a fireplace. Best of all, I love my new car. More

We were looking for a dealer in our vicinity in Chicagoland. Fair Oaks was not the closest but I had great service experience there with my company car. We looked there. Craig sold us the car which he had to get with a trade with a dealer in Wisconsin. Talk about going the extra mile to make the customer happy! We received an excellent price based on an internet pricing service. But we did wind up picking a model with more optional equipment than we originally thought of. We still got a great deal and are very happy with the service related to the sale. Jeremy was outstanding in helping us understand the features of the new vehicle. More

Let's start with the easy part - these guys are super. While I intended to purchase a vehicle this fall, my visit that day was more of an initial "recon" stop. I started talking with Paul and he super. While I intended to purchase a vehicle this fall, my visit that day was more of an initial "recon" stop. I started talking with Paul and he went about the process determining what my needs and wants were. Although I was expecting to settle on a new car equipped with what matched my needs, we ended up with an "executive" driven vehicle that more than met my expectations for less than what I expected to spend. We ended up closing that day. I couldn't be more thrilled with my Explorer and am very happy with Fair Oaks. To me, one of the best indicators of a dealer is a returning customer. I'll be back. More

From start-to-finish, everything was amazing at Fair Oaks. Purchased 2014 Fusion Hybrid from Jeremy, who was more than patient with me and answered all of my questions. Robert W finished off the deal and did so very quickly, which I really appreciated. A week after I bought the car I went through a carwash at a gas station and left my wipers going accidentally. An entire wiper blade was torn off the driver's side. I took the car to Fair Oaks service and they actually took a replacement off of another Fusion on their lot INSTEAD of making take Ford's warranty replacement wiper, which is not as nice. So, service also went above and beyond for me. Highly, highly recommend Fair Oaks for both sales, and service after the sale. I couldn't be happier. More

Clint was fantastic. He is laid back and doesn't cram a sale down your throat. I felt comfortable from the get-go and the staff was very friendly towards my family which included an impatient 3 year old. a sale down your throat. Need a new car to meet my wife's needs with her limited mobility. Met initially with Craig Holsman and later with Serafin Castelan. Craig was extremely helpful and patient in narrowing down the v limited mobility. Met initially with Craig Holsman and later with Serafin Castelan. Craig was extremely helpful and patient in narrowing down the vehicles that met our minimum specifications not the least of which was a vehicle that most closely emulated the ride in our 2004 Cadillac DeVille. With Serafin's assistance both were extremely helpful in arranging for extended test drives in the Ford Flex and the Linclon MKT to insure that we were getting the right car to replace the Cadillac. Despite the many nice features of the Ford Flex, the MKT was the hands-down winner. Craig went out of the way to quickly find the MKT with the color and options we wanted at a price that was reasonable with a more-than-fair trade-in for our Cadillac. Serafin did a great job on orienting me the the many features and options at the time of delivery. In short, the whole team at Fair Oaks was professional and made this car buying experience easy. If you're in the market you should give Craig a call. More
