AMAZING Service! We just finally bought a new car a few days ago. We have been shopping around the past month. The last car we had was totaled in a car accident so we We just finally bought a new car a few days ago. We have been shopping around the past month. The last car we had was totaled in a car accident so we were in a desperate need of a new car. We went to 4 other Ford dealers, 2 Nissan, 2 Toyota, 1 Honda, and 1 Acura dealers. By far, the customer service that we received was top notch from Fair Oaks Ford. Just like everyone else, we shopped around on the internet first. We contacted everyone first by email and then went into each dealership. Fair Oaks Ford Lincoln was the only dealership (out of 8) who gave us all around awesome service. I also want to add that many other dealers treated us with disrespect and didn't even give us a time of day. It also took other dealers more then 30 minutes before I was approached. I even had a salesmen ask if I have enough money to pay for a car like this! This was not the case from Fair Oaks. I still have other dealerships hassling me currently. I was never hassled on the phone or on email. Craig Holsman took the time to answer all my questions either through email or on the phone. Each email I sent, was returned by Craig within minutes. We were pretty specific in what we wanted in our 2015 Limited Explorer. Craig looked high and low for our car. When Craig went on vacation, he had another salesmen, Jeremy Bloom, take care of us. Just like Craig, Jeremy was excellent. Jeremy found the exact car I wanted in a dealership in Wisconsin! He finally, after 1 month of looking, found our dream car! If you are in a market for a new car, I highly recommend going to Fair Oaks and ask for Craig or Jeremy! More

Courteous and Knowledgable Personnel Craig Holman and Jeremy Bloom are two examples of employees who go overboard to make sure the customer is satisfied. Got exactly what we were looking for My wife and I came in not long ago looking for an SUV (we are newly married, and wanted to upgrade from our Ford Focus). Specifically, we were looking My wife and I came in not long ago looking for an SUV (we are newly married, and wanted to upgrade from our Ford Focus). Specifically, we were looking at the Ford Edge, fully loaded, and brand new. I don't know if it was dumb luck or what, but we spoke with Serafin about what we wanted in the car, my wife was really looking for a pearlescent white color. Serafin pointed us to a brand new 2013 Ford Edge SEL, fully loaded with 0% financing...seemed like a no brainer, AND while the car is a light silver, my wife thought it looked more white than anything. It's almost as if they knew what we wanted and had it prestocked on the showroom floor just waiting to meet us. The whole experience was quick and pleasant. None of it felt like a sales process at all. After talking to Serafin we spent some time with Bob as well and he made sure that we got all of the features we wanted and we weren't settling for less...we weren't, he really seemed to care that we were happy with our experience. Will always come back to Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln for our vehicles. They're great! And Ford is making some AMAZING vehicles nowadays. We are very happy! More
