We were negotiating with several dealers for a replacement for our recently totaled 2012 Towne and Country. Our local dealer in the Jacksonville, FL area, with whom we have a long standing relationship, had the car we wanted except for color. We found the right car with the right color at your dealership and began phone negotiation with Robert Suarez on Friday the 14th. By mid-day Sat, after assistance by Robert Suarez, Mark Goode, and Tracy Buczkowski, we came to an agreement and left Jacksonville to arrive at the New Port Richey dealership by 4 PM. Due to unforeseen delays on our part we actually arrived at 6:30 PM just before their 7 PM closing time. We were met by Robert Suarez and Tracy Buczkowski. Everything was efficiently arranged to enable us to complete the vehicle inspection and briefing on features, complete purchase paper work (Tracy), and complete financing (Scott Poth). Tracy and Scott remained until 9 PM, or after, to complete the deal and enable us to immediately depart for Jacksonville with the new car The expertise and customer service displayed by all involved is best described by what in the military is referred to as "above and beyond the call of duty". As a result of their efforts we truly felt like "guest" rather than "simply customers". More

From start of the buying process to getting the right mini van with what we needed in it at a price that did not send us to the poor farm. Tracy and Rob both worked hard to make sure everything was right and that I was satisfied with the deal and the process. Eric in the financial part went over everything and explained in detail what we should add verses what was nice to have but we really did not need it. I had went to several other dealers and I can say without a doubt that these 3 folks were truly amazing in how they worked with me and getting everything done. The other dealers were not even close in how they treated me and how they went about taking my concerns into a vehicle I wanted! From the second Ken L meet us in the lot, to the conversation with Jason and R There are dealerships and then there is Ferman Dodge of Newport Richey. From the second Ken L meet us in the lot, to the conversation with Jason and Robert, to the signing of the paperwork with Scott, I felt like this was an experience and not just a sales quota. Ken was extremely knowledgable about the Jeep and all its features. However, what impressed my wife and I the most was his professional demeanor and approach to selling a vehicles. No pressure, no gimmicks, and no suggestions for "something else" one often gets a dealership. The whole team was helpful, courteous, and made us feel welcomed. I will only buy from them again. All other local dealerships could learn a thing from these folks. More
