I also have to say that when any experience is good it's easy to say good things about a company but when something goes wrong that's when you really find the best or worst of a company. When I purchased my second vehicle from Ferman I had a couple of small items that needed tending to and Robert Suarez was the man that made sure that these items were corrected to my satisfaction. I used to own my own business and would have loved to had Robert Suarez work for me. He is a kind, attentive , thoughtful man and if it were possible to give him 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough in my opinion.
